An early morning fire broke out Aug. 31 at an East Knoxville apartment complex, according to a report from the Knoxville Fire Department.
KFD spokesperson D.J. Corcoran said that the the blaze started approximately after 4 a.m. at Washington Ridge Apartments, Building 11, at 3125 Washington Ridge Way.
